2 Quality Gear with Höfler

Presented by MEGA Makine Teknolojileri in Turkey, World’s top CNC Grinding and Hobbing Machine Technology producer, Höfler’s last machine in Turkey, a Helix 400 KK, which recently finished the set up and training procedures, produced a Gear with Quality DIN 2 ( by the ISO 1328 Standards ). This current result which is much higher than the average of Turkish Manufacturing Standards is certificated by Germany’s appreciated brand Mahr’s GMX 400 Gear Measurement Machine. Beside the quality level higher than the needs of the current market, Höfler CNC Grinding Machines are offering solutions from 8 to 10 times faster than the conventional grinding machines which creates massive competitive advantages to the users.

KISSSoft Seminar in ITU

For KISSsoft, the software and engineering services’ leader of the transmission systems, KISSsoft AG and its Turkish Dealer MEGA Makine Teknolojileri A.Ş. organised a presentation and application seminar in Istanbul Technical University’s Mechanical Engineering Faculty with the participation of Turkish Industry Representatives, Academicians and Students. Since over 20 years, KISSsoft is used by the top industrial gear box manufacturers and mechanical engineers for the reason of having high accuracy and detailed results on their designs. During the seminar, the latest version of KISSsoft has been presented with the application examples while participants met with the software’s unique user friendly interface, strength and accuracy during the applications. Finally, a Wind Turbine Gear Box Design and Calculation done by the engineers coming from Switzerland took the special attention of everybody who are interested with Renewable Energies.

MEGA Makine in WIN Fair

As MEGA Makine Teknolojileri, we participated to WIN Welding09 Show with our Beveling and Portable Machine Solutions. While offering our experience in Machinery Sector for the beveling and portable machine tool needs of our customers,  our Portatif Tezgah concept joined to WIN Welding’09 Fair in Beylikduzu on the dates of 05-08 February 2009 to meet with Turkish and Regional Countries Industry Representatives. During the exhibition visits, more than 100 local and international companies had the chance to discuss their beveling needs with our application engineers where they were they were figuring out how to product cheaper and faster their designs. Moreover, especially the representatives of the maintenance sector met with portable boring, milling, lathe and flange facer technologies’ solutions for their needs.
